It's not for the sensitive-scalped.  There might need to be some styles done, undone, and redone as the vision shifts to include, for instance, several twists in the lower lengths of the 'do.

But a committed hair artist remains undaunted at the temporary set back, and the saintliness of certain clients helps as well.

Persistance pays off.  Obviously.
