"Mother, this is NOT how Olan Mills does it."

"True, dear child, true. But that's only because they don't have a hedgehog handy."

Despite her initial consternation, Wilbur single-pawedly saved a photo shoot that was seemingly doomed from the start. Brought him out, and suddenly she was still and focused and even amused (all adjectives used loosely).
Not that there wasn't still a fair amount of attitude from both...

But it eventually became fun, games, and hootenanny.

I like the next one. So solemn.

personal insult.

I wasn't aiming to get my feelings hurt as I browsed through pictures of Sean on the laptop that his parents are lending me.
But as I found picture after picture of him looking exactly like Josephine, it became rather clear that God must think Sean is better looking than me. I'm a bit insulted that he made such a blatant, one-sided choice for my daughter's appearance. Until now, I've been content with the occasional, "Oh, she looks like you, too, Jenny." But it has become apparent that those are all lies. She is entirely Sean. He relishes this, and I find it totally unfair. I was really cute as a toddler too! Maybe a 50/50 split would have been more just, dear Lord????

(sigh)

(pout)

Get a load of this:

Of course, the PERK is that we can also know how Josephine would look as Rambo, a slightly flamboyant soccer star, a bathtub scuba diver, and Superman. I imagine it would be something like this:

You would not believe the restraint I'm having to exhibit to withhold how Josephine would look as a junior high video gamer in braces.
