Josephine shares a birthday, date, and place-- down to the same hospital-- with another little lady in our church small group, Elora!
We didn't know Elora's family at the time these two wonders entered the world, but we've loved getting to know them over the last year. As April neared this year, it seemed fitting to share those same things for a third birthday party celebration. (Traded St. David's for Northwest Park, though. Much happier.)
It was fun!
They braved the [always premature] Texan warmth,
relished the chocolate,
tackled the playground,
and celebrated in serious, red-faced fashion, as only two sweet girls could do!
Back home, Josephine opened gifts from our friends, much to her continued birthday delight.
And as Sunday drew to a close, it wrapped up phase two of her three day, third year birthday bash!
(By the way, I have to start giving credit to Sean for some of these photos; he acquired one of those iwannabeeverythingphones in New York and now snaps pictures, too. I love the one he took of the girls simultaneously biting into their cupcakes!)
