So the flooded living room I mentioned earlier is being addressed via the landscaping skills of some folks we know who own San Isidro. They're making quick work, and I'm relieved that it's being addressed properly and without any back-breaking of my own. Josephine's been pretty excited, too-- thoroughly enjoying all the activity outside the living room windows-- even finding hats to match the style worn by the guys (stocking cap the first day, baseball cap the second). When she woke up from her nap and discovered they were gone, she was heartbroken but eventually consoled by the fact they would be returning Monday.
