Mama Jo sent the kids little Valentine's presents, and we had a variety of cards for them to open, so Josephine was super keyed up this morning-- like it was Christmas all over again. She requested to wear a dress for the occasion. Later, when we went out to get Josephine some new ballet shoes, she delighted Astoria by insisting on wearing the bobbling heart headband that Mama Jo had sent her (see above). She told me she wanted everyone to think she was beautiful. I'm sure they did.
